March 19 & 20, 2005 - 7 year old Kona, NAC EJC S-OGC O-TN-E WV-N CGC, earned his Superior Open Gambler's Certificate along with Q's in Elite Jumpers and Tunnelers, Open Regular and Weavers and Novice TouchNGo at the Agile Canines NADAC agility trial in Isanti, MN this weekend. Kona earned 7 Q's for the weekend, his very best agility weekend ever!
6 year old Meg, Ch Beacon's Dash of Nut-Meg AX AXJ EAC O-EJC S-OGC O-TN-E TG-O WV-O CGC Can. AGN, earned the last open Gamblers leg she needed for her Open Triple Superior title. She added Q's in Elite Jumpers, Elite TouchNGo and Elite Weavers (NADAC).
4 year old Snicker, Ch Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NAP NJP O-NAC S-NJC NGC TN-O CGC Can. AGN (Liver female, Cosmo x. Katie), earned a Novice Regular leg that finished her Outstanding Novice Regular title. She also Q'd in Novice TouchNGo and Open Tunnelers (NADAC).
March 8, 2005 - Happy fourth birthday to the Claymore litter (Cosmo x. Katie), bred by Al Jenkins!
March 5, 2005 - 3 year old Snicker, Ch. Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NAP NJP O-NAC S-NJC NGC TN-O CGC Can. AGN (Liver female, Cosmo x. Katie), earned her 2nd NA and NAJ legs (AKC), both with clean runs and first place in the 24" Novice B class! Her Standard run was 16 seconds under course time.
May 26, 2005 - Snicker, Ch. Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NAP NJP O-NAC OJC NGC TN-O CGC Can. AGN (Cosmo x. Katie), has been bred by imported semen to Casblaidd Don't Pay the Ferryman SDC’A’ SG-WC (UK). Blacks and livers expected around July 24. See details!
May 21-22, 2005 - Kona added 2 Elite Tunnelers Q's and 1 Open Gamblers Q at the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC trial in Savage, MN.
Meg had a successful series of start line stays :), and added a 5 point Q in Elite Regular.
May 14, 2005 - Meg loved the cold and driving rain and picked up a Q in Elite Tunnelers at the South Paws K9 NADAC trial in Jordon, MN.
Kona didn't like the rain as much as Meg, but still picked up a Open Gamblers Q. Both Kona and Meg had clean Elite Jumpers runs, but were less than 1 second over time. Les sloshed through the rain, long grass and mud with both Meg and Kona at this trial. A good time was had by all.
April 23-24, 2005 - Meg had 4 Q's in NADAC agility, picking up 2 Elite Tunnelers, Elite Regular and Elite Gamblers points at the Agile Canines NADAC trial in Lake Elmo, MN.
Snicker had 4 Q's in NADAC agility, finishing her Open Jumpers title and picking up points toward her Superior Novice Regular and Outstanding Novice Gamblers titles!
Kona kept the 4 Q weekend going with an Open Gamblers Q, and Elite Tunnelers Q and 2 Open Regular Q's, giving him his Open Agility Certificate (OAC)!
April 8, 2005 - At the National Specialty in Perry, GA - 4 - year old Snicker won a Judge's Award of Merit in Best of Breed competition with well over 100 dogs in the ring! Snicker also helped her dad Cosmo (Ch. SR SHR U-CDX U-AGI Blazin's Back O' The Moon UD JH AX NAP NJP WCX CGC TT HOF) win 4th place in the Stud Dog class.

July 9 - 10, 2005 - Kona earned 5 Q's at the Agile Canines NADAC agility trial in Burnsville, MN this weekend. He received 2 Elite Tunnelers Q's, and a single Q in Elite Jumpers, Open Gamblers and Open Weavers. The 10 points Kona received with his Open Weavers Q earned Kona his Open Weavers Title (WV-O). And the 20 points Kona received with his 2 Elite Tunnelers Q's gave him 210 points, earning his Superior Tunnelers Elite Title (S-TN-E).
November 25 - 26, 2005 - Kona and Meg participated in the Great Plains Agility Club NADAC agility trial in Burnsville, MN this weekend. Agility took a back seat to raising the Snicker litter this past summer and fall, and the lack of practice and lessons was obvious this weekend. No Q's for either Kona or Meg on Friday. Some were handler errors, some dogs errors but many were situations where we just weren't working as a team. We had better results on Saturday. Kona had 4 Q's, 2 in Open Regular with both a 1st and 3rd placement. This is Kona's first day ever with 2 Q's in Regular! Kona also Q'd in Open Gamblers and Elite Tunnelers. Meg Q'd in Elite Tunnelers.
November 19, 2005 - Meg and Snicker competed at the Agile Canines CPE trial today in Isanti, MN. Snicker was 3 for 3, qualifying in Regular, Jumpers and Colors. Snicker earned her CL2-R title. Meg was 2 for 3, qualifying in Jumpers and Jackpot. Both Snicker and Meg had placements in all their qualifying runs!
December 31, 2005 - January 1, 2006 - Meg, Kona and Snicker participated in the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC trial in Burnsville, MN this weekend. Meg Q'd in 1 round of Elite Regular, Elite Tunnelers and Elite Jumpers. Kona Q'd in 2 rounds of Elite Tunnelers and also Q'd in Open Regular and Open Gamblers. Linda ran Kona on Sunday and Kona stayed at the Start Line! Les can barely get Kona's leash off before he is off to the races. Who is the trainer and who is the trainee??? Snicker had a great weekend, 10 Q's, finishing 3 titles! She earned 4 regular Q's towards her Superior Novice title, all with placements, 1 Q in Open Jumpers, 2 Novice Gamblers Q's, 2 Novice Touch N Go Q's, and 1 Open Tunnelers Q! She received her Outstanding Novice Gamblers title, Novice Touch N Go title and her Outstanding Open Tunnelers title. She is now Ch Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NAP NJP O-NAC OJC *O-NGC* *O-TN-O* *TG-N* CL2-R CGC FFX-AG Can. AGN

June 25, 2005 - Kona managed only 1 Q out of 5 runs today in the Minnesota Agility Club NADAC trial in Burnsville, MN. Kona Q'd in Elite Tunnelers in 3rd place. His Elite Jumpers run (his last run of the day) was 53/100ths of a second too slow.

June 10 - 12, 2005 - Kona had a great agility weekend, picking up a total of 6 1/2 Q's at the Arrowhead Dog Agility Association NADAC trial in Wrenshall, MN. Kona received 1 1/2 Q's in Open Standard (both 1st place, both runs more than 10 seconds under course time), 2 Open Gamblers Q's, 2 Elite Jumpers Q's and 1 Elite Tunnelers Q.
September 3 - 4, 2005 - Kona earned 4 Q's at the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC agility trial in Savage, MN this weekend. He earned 1 Q in Elite Tunnelers, 1 Q in Open Weavers, 1 Q in Open Regular and 1 Open Gamblers Q.
October 8 - 9, 2005 - Kona earned 3 Q's at the Agile Canines NADAC agility trial in Lake Elmo, MN this weekend. He had a single Q in Elite Tunnelers and 2 Q's in Open Weavers, placing 2nd and 3rd. The 20 Open Weavers points earned Kona his Outstanding Open Weavers Title (O-WV-O). Patsy visited the agility trial on Saturday and was popular with the crowd. Maybe Kona was feeling a bit jealous!
3 year old Snicker has qualified for the Front & Finish Agility Excellence Gold Award (FFX-AG) by completing 8 NADAC titles in 10 months. She had 47 qualifying runs and now holds 11 titles including her AKC and CKC (Canadian) titles!
