December 31, 2010 - In MN, at the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC trial in Savage, Onyx, Ch U-Ch Flashback Back in Black RN UR01 NAC *TN-N* CGC qualified in 3rd place (10 seconds under SCT of 37.4 seconds) in Novice Hoopers and qualified almost 7 seconds under SCT of 31.08 seconds in Novice Tunnelers, finishing his TN-N title!  Congratulations Linda and Onyx, Ch U-Ch Flashback Back in Black RN UR-1 NAC *TN-N* CGC!

Snicker, Ch Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NA NAJ NAP NJP OAC OJC OCC O-TN-O TG-N HP-N CL2-R CGC FFX-AG Can. AGN qualified in 4th place in Novice Hoopers, just behind Onyx, 5 seconds under SCT.  Snicker already has her Novice Hoopers title, but she still loves to play agility.

December 12, 2010 - In WA, at the Greater Clark County Kennel Club show in Ridgefield, Rio, Ch SHR Flashback's Moon River RA CGC won the Select Dog award under Alan Bennett, for another point toward his Grand Championship!  Rio is owned, trained and handled by Sheila Bradshaw (WA).

December 11-12, 2010 - In MN, at the Granite City Kennel Club of St. Cloud show, Toke, Flashback One Toke Over the Line won the 3 point major on Saturday under Jon Cole and won Reserve on Sunday under Sandra Goose Allen!  Toke is owned, trained and handled by Sara Grachek (MN).

September 4, 2010 - In MN, at the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC trail in Savage, Snicker, Ch Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NA NAJ NAP NJP OAC OJC OCC O-TN-O TG-N *HP-N* CL2-R CGC FFX-AG Can. AGN was 2 for 2, qualifying in Novice Hoopers in third place and Open Tunnelers in 2nd place.  The Hoopers Q earned Snicker her Novice Hoopers title.  Kona came away with no Q's, but enjoyed the 3 runs he tried.  Both Kona and Snicker participated in the annual Parade of Veterans.  Onyx enjoyed the show from the tent, wondering when it was going to be his turn!  (Onyx is currently rehabbing a bicep strain, he only gets to walk on a short leash, fun!)  Congratulations Linda and Snicker, Ch Claymore's Live, Love, Laugh NA NAJ NAP NJP OAC OJC OCC O-TN-O TG-N *HP-N* CL2-R CGC FFX-AG Can. July 24, 2010 - It's hard for us to even imagine that Snicker's "puppies" are 5 years old today. 
We want to wish all of Snicker's 2005 kids a VERY Happy Birthday today! Lots of special treats and ear/butt scritches are in order, I'm sure! We also want to thank all of the owners for the wonderful lives that each and every one of these dogs are living - we're very grateful to be able to think about the "pups" with no worries about their well-being and nothing but happy thoughts about how they're enriching all of your lives. We truly appreciate everything that you're doing to keep these dogs happy and healthy!

July 17, 2010 - In MN, at Onyx, Ch Flashback Back in Black NAC CGC won UKC Reserve Best in Show and also earned his first 2 UKC Rally Novice legs!  Onyx is owned by Linda and Les Conrad, trained and handled by Linda Conrad (MN).  

July 11, 2010 - In MN, at the Minneapolis Agility Club NADAC trial in Savage, the Conrads spent the day running agility.  The trial was at an inside soccer facility, we all ran on cushioned Astroturf, a great running surface for all!  Kona Q'd in Elite Regular in 1st place, a full 4 seconds under standard course time.  Snicker qualified in Open Tunnelers!  Onyx continues to learn and he and Linda had a great day.  Onyx qualified in 3 of 4 runs, all with placements.  He Q'd in Novice Tunnelers, 12 seconds under standard course time, running 5.15 yards per second.  He qualified in both his Regular runs, 9 and 13 seconds under standard course time, earning his Novice Agility Certificate!   Congratulations Linda and Onyx, Ch Flashback Back in Black *NAC* CGC!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

June 26-27, 2010 - In OR, at the Lower Columbia Hunting Retriever Club Test in Clatskanie, Rio, Ch Flashback's Moon River RN CGC TDI, competing in his very first hunt test, earned his first UKC Started Hunting Retriever leg under judges Pam Duncan and Anne West.  And, on Sunday, Rio earned a second leg under judges Boyd Ulsh and Pam Duncan.  Rio is owned, trained and handled by Sheila Bradshaw (WA). 

June 19 - 20, 2010 - In WI, Kenai, U-Ch. Northern Lights Kenai Peninsula *RL1* (Jake x. Patsy [Noof x. Snicker)]), earned his APDT Rally 1 title and leg toward his RL1 Championship!  Kenai is owned by Paul Bertelsen and Laura Smith (WI) and handled today by Laura.

June 5-11,2010 - In IN, at the FCRSA National Specialty in Auburn, a great time was had by all.  Many ribbons, placements and cuts, great friends and so much fun to see Flat-Coats everywhere you turned!

Boone, Ch Flashback's Sweet Talkin' Guy CD RE WC CGC, won third place in Rally Excellent B with a score of 100 and qualified in Rally Advanced B with a 97, for his first RAE leg!  Later that same day Boone won first place in Working Retriever Dogs under Sandra Lex!  Boone is owned, trained and handled by Melody Daniels (VA).

Painter, Ch SR Flashback's Handy Man CDX RA JH OA NAJ NAP WCX CGC, earned his second Senior Hunter leg and a JAM in Steady Singles, and qualified in Open B obedience! Painter also made the cut in Working Retriever Dogs handled by Todd Farwell!  Painter is owned by Sharon and Ray Movic (PA) and trained/handled by Sharon. 

Toke, Flashback One Toke Over the Line, won second place in both the Novice B 20" Standard and Jumpers agility classes! Toke also made the cut in Open Bitches under Michael Faulkner!  Toke is owned, trained and handled by Sara Grachek (MN).

May 30, 2010 - In PA, Painter, Ch SR Flashback's Handy Man CDX RA JH OA NAJ NAP WCX CGC, earned his first Senior Hunter leg!  Painter is owned by Sharon and Ray Movic (PA) and trained/handled by Sharon. 

May 23, 2010 - In MN, at the Minnesota Mixed Breed Club NADAC agility trail in Savage, the Conrad clan spent a full day playing agility.  Air temperature in the afternoon was 88, dew point 68, really hot!  But, we persevered.  Onyx Q'd twice, in Novice Tunnelers in 2nd place, 2 seconds behind the 1st place border collie, 15 seconds under Standard Course Time.  "O" also Q'd in Novice Regular in 4th place, 18 seconds under SCT.  Snicker is retired and only gets to run Tunnelers and occasionally a Jumpers course.  Snicker Q'd in Open Tunnelers, 7 seconds under SCT.  Kona is semi-retired, he ran in Regular, Tunnelers and Chances.  He was 2 for 3, qualifying in 2nd place in Elite Regular with another Q and 3rd place in Elite Tunnelers!  We all came home exhausted, but it was a great day!

May 23, 2010 - In Ontario, Canada, 12-month-old Amber, Northern Lights Gem In the Sky (Jake x. Patsy [Noof x. Snicker]), won the point, giving her 3 points toward her Canadian Championship!  Amber is owned and handled by Janine Stone Desrocher (Canada),

March 7, 2010 - In MD, at the Capitol Region Flat-Coated Retriever Club Supported Entry, Boone, Ch Flashback's Sweet Talkin' Guy RA WC CGC for the second day in a row won the Working Dog class and Judge's Award of Merit in Best of Breed, under Manuel Queijeiro.  Boone is owned, trained and handled by Melody Daniels (MD).  Boone also earned his second CD leg with 190, 4th place and Highest Scoring Flat-Coat and Highest Scoring Champion in Trial!     

March 7, 2010, In MD, at the Capitol Region Flat-Coated Retriever Club Supported Entry, Strider, Flashback's Poetry in Motion was Reserve to the Major, under Manuel Queijeiro.  Strider is owned by Sue and Dick Driscoll (VA) and Dawn Buttion and was handled by Melody Daniels (MD).  Strider needs only his majors to finish.
